Sambiray Apartment Rental Policy

Our property in Sambiray is designed for guests who are looking for comfort, privacy, and a long-term stay in a peaceful environment. To ensure high-quality service and fair availability for all tenants, we follow a simple and transparent rental policy.

Minimum Rental Period – 6 Months

We offer our apartments primarily for long-term stays, and therefore:

✔ The minimum rental contract is 6 months.

This ensures stability for both our tenants and our management team and allows us to maintain the property to a high standard.

Early Contract Termination or Shorter Stay

If a guest chooses to stay less than 6 months, or decides to leave before completing the 6-month contract, the following condition applies:

➡ A daily fee of 1,500 PHP per day will be charged for the entire shortened period.

This policy helps cover maintenance, reservation blocking, and operational expenses that occur regardless of the length of stay.

Please note that the minimum stay is 6 months.
If you stay less than 6 months, a daily rate of 1,500 PHP will apply.
There is absolutely no 6-month rental option for long-term stays. However, for short-term stays, the daily rate is 1500 PHP.
